Method of payments accepted at nursery are

Direct debit/bank transfer/childcare vouchers/university/college grants/tax free childcare  

Funding options - please see out tailor made packages to suit your needs.


A deposit is required to secure a place at nursery. Should your child not start at nursery this deposit is non-refundable.

Payments can be made weekly/monthly according to your agreed payment plan at the point of registration. 

Fees in advance are not required, however invoices must be paid on/by the last working day of each month, to avoid a late payment charge.

Failure to meet agreed payment plans with no prior notice may result in suspending the nursery place.  

Funded only children will not need to pay a deposit. Top up fees for funded only children do not apply. For additional hours on top of funding will be charged accordingly and parents/carers are fully liable for these costs.


Fees will be charged for all bank holidays and child absences such as holidays and illnesses. 

If you wish to withdraw your child from nursery you must provide the management team with 4 weeks written notice to terminate your contract.

If you wish to reduce your child's sessions you must give 2 weeks written notice. Management will notify you of the available part time sessions during this period.

For any children collected after their session time a late payment fee may apply. The nursery trading hours are between 7.30am - 6pm, all children need to be collected no later than 6pm.
